Business Development Associate

Las Vegas - Create and build client relationships while sponsoring interaction to obtain projects. Assist in developing and facilitating the proposal process for specific clients/sponsors including budget and pricing development, proposal writing, contract negotiations, and client presentations.

Major Responsibilities:
  • Lead in both formulating account strategy and executing the business development plan.
  • Work with Account Executives and Managers and participate throughout the client engagement life cycle.
  • Initiate, build and sustain client relationships, resolve concerns and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Negotiate and participate in pricing strategy.
  • Pursue new business opportunities.
  • Stay updated on trends in the industry and marketing developments in this sector.
  • Regularly contact the key representative of target companies to become a preferred vendor.
  • Gather market intelligence and share the information in a timely manner.
  • Follow the developments with respect to the competition and provide feedback to the company.
  • Plan for business growth by identifying opportunities and pursuing them to successful closure.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of AV Industry experience.
  • 5+ years of business development experience.
  • A seasoned understanding of the AV Industry, competitive and account information and the ability to team with and influence technical partners to serve the client.
