The Center for Economic Development at Heathrow is both a physical learning environment, as well as a virtual learning opportunity, connecting the community, the region, and the state of Florida. With its innovative design, the Center provides flexible classroom and conference spaces devoted to economic development, learning and sharing information.

LMG provided systems integration support and installation for the entire facility, including digital signage for the lobby areas with multiple LCD’s, a video wall, twenty SMART classrooms, multi-function rooms, and the auditorium.  The lobby digital signage solution included a web interface and control system, along with a specialty speaker system and cooling system. To accommodate the video wall, LMG also custom-designed and build an infrastructure to raise the wall 15’ in the air.   Working closely with the engineering team, owner and IT department at Seminole, LMG was able to meet the construction timeline and tight turnaround for the grand opening of the new facility, which included dignitaries from across Florida, such as the Lieutenant Governor.
