LMG has developed a close relationship with Baker Barrios Architects over the last few years, and when the innovative architecture and interior design firm moved into a new office space in Orlando and set out to implement state-of-the-art technical systems throughout the new facility that linked to their Tampa and Atlanta locations, they turned to LMG’s Systems Integration team to make it happen. LMG integrated and programmed video, audio, control, and high definition video teleconferencing systems in each of the firm’s office locations. In addition, LMG also provided a digital signage solution, as well as video and audio systems in smaller conference rooms in the Orlando location.

The main conference room included a 65” 1080p high definition plasma display that included a Smart Technology interactive overlay touch screen that allows the firm to share content in virtual meetings over the high definition video teleconferencing system by touching the plasma display, which will control any computer application, or writing in digital ink. LMG also integrated this SMART Technology in the conference rooms in the firms Atlanta and Tampa locations, which allows the firm to hold interactive meetings with employees in those locations. The video teleconferencing system also allows the user to display content and the audience simultaneously, enhancing the virtual meeting experience.

Due to the complexity of the conference room systems, LMG programmed Crestron Control Systems to simplify the technical systems for everyday usage with user-friendly touch panels.
